St. Francis of Assisi is a special place, and Stefanie & Jake added personal touches to their ceremony and to the events of the day which truly reflected their love for each other, their families, and their spirituality. Stefanie wore heirloom family jewelry, the shoes her grandmother wore at her own wedding years ago, and carried family prayer cards given to her by her father. She and Jake lit their unity candle with their own baptismal candles and cut the cake topped by another family treasure. By the time we left the reception we felt like part of the family too ... thank you so much for choosing us to capture it all!

We had a wonderful time with Shanna and Eric at their wedding on 7/14.

Their love for each other really shines ... it was inspiring just to be around them.

Not to mention how much fun we had at their reception! Everyone was having a fabulous time.

... and sure could dance!

We recently had the unique pleasure of not only shooting a destination wedding on a beautiful beach, but also of sharing the joy of our friends Rob & Amanda. Rob has always been our favorite Columbus DJ (Encore Entertainment) and we were thrilled when he and Amanda chose us to travel with them to sunny Fort Myers, Florida for their wedding. Threats of thunderstorms gave way to incredible sunsets and perfect light.

The date, 7/7/07, was particularly meaningful because it was also Amanda's birthday (7/7/77). Just for the record, she made it clear that anniversary and birthday presents may NOT be combined in the future! We thank you and your families both for a wonderful weekend.
