Deborah says, "It's taken 50 years to get this diploma!" What an honor for us to be part of such an important day... her graduation from Trinity Lutheran Seminary with a Master of Divinity. Congratulations, Deborah, and thank you to all your friends and family for making us feel so welcome.

It seems like forever ago that we met Tegan & Tom at her brother Justin's wedding (see the post below). We were honored to be part of the family again! And what a celebration... a Friday evening ceremony at North Bank Pavilion, dinner at Sherrie Gallery in the Short North, and a whopper of a great party at the Athenaeum on Saturday. Thank you so much for having us there to document it all!

We've stayed in touch with Melissa & Justin since their wedding a few years ago. They're in Chicago and while we don't see them often, they've sent so many family wedding referrals our way that we always manage to reconnect. It was wonderful to see you again! I love that we get to be a part of our couples' lives as they start families of their own... this is their new little boy, Ethan (and one photo of Melissa that I really love).

Back in November when we had our e-session Jennifer and Brett, I just knew their wedding was going to be special. High school sweethearts, their love just shone in the quiet way that they have. Family and friends added their own unique gifts to the day, from the gorgeous flowers by Brett's Mom to all the great music by his brother, Dad and friends. We really had a wonderful time with you all.

We had a great shoot last week with Diana & Mark. I love it when Mother Nature surprises us with something wonderful... in this case it was the magical, dandelion-covered hills on the grounds of Franklin Park. Can't wait for your wedding - it's coming up soon!
